| No Guarantee of Funding | The Directory is an informational tool, not a guarantee of income. We do not promise that any donor will respond to you or fund your organisation. |
| Respect Donor Protocols | You must research and follow each donor’s specific rules. Do not apply if you do not fit their criteria, and do not apply outside their funding windows. Ignoring their rules damages your reputation and ours. |
| No Spam / No “Cold” Mass Emails | You cannot send mass, unsolicited emails or SMS messages (spam) to the people in the Directory. “Cold” electronic marketing is strictly regulated by POPIA (Section 69) and is strongly discouraged. You must use highly targeted, individual approaches and comply with the law. |
| Data Privacy (POPIA and UK GDPR) | When you first contact a donor, you must inform them you got their details from iZinga Assist and provide a link to our Privacy Policy. If they ask you to stop contacting them, you must stop immediately and notify us. |
| Who can buy? | You must be an incorporated NPC, registered charitable trust, registered NPO or approved PBO operating in South Africa. You must provide your valid registration number at checkout. Commercial businesses may not purchase or use this Directory. |
| What are you buying? | You are paying a nominal fee for a licence to use the Directory for the agreed period. You do not own the data, and you cannot resell it, share it, or publish it anywhere else. |
| Consequences of Breach | If we receive complaints from donors that you are spamming them or ignoring their protocols, we will terminate your licence immediately, without a refund, and you must delete the data. |
