I work for a non-profit. How can iZinga Assist help us? 

iZinga Assist connects passionate Donors with impactful NPOs to create meaningful and lasting partnerships. By verifying, rating and assisting NPOs we encourage and enable Donors to trust NPOs, catalysing support to your organisation. Our services:

I am a Donor looking to support a Non-Profit Organisation. How can iZinga Assist help me?

iZinga Assist empowers Donors to make informed, targeted and impactful choices. By verifying, rating and assisting NPOs we enable trust and transparency between Donors and NPOs so your donations can have the greatest impact. Our services:

  • Increased Confidence: Donors can be assured that their contributions are going to legitimate and well-managed organisations, making a real difference.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Access details about NPOs, including their mission, their iZinga Assist Rating (comprised of legal, governance, financial and impact requirements) and evaluate where your support will have the most impact.
  • Simplified Donation Process: Seamlessly donate to NPOs through an ultra-secure and user-friendly platform.
  • Choose How Your Donation is Used: Donate through our Cash or Voucher-Based system to determine how your money is spent.
  • Impact Tracking: Utilise the world’s first impact reporting system which allows you to monitor the progress of your donation and receive continuous updates on the impact your donation is having.
  • Tax Benefits: In some cases, donations made through iZinga Assist may be eligible for tax benefits.

Is iZinga Assist free to use?

Our platform is free for NPOs to use and for Donors to find verified NPOs. This reflects our core mission: to amplify the operational efficiency of NPOs and to maximise the impact of every donation. We are driven by a belief in democratising access to information and support, ensuring everyone can contribute to positive change. 

To maintain the continual development and quality of our services, 5% of donations received through our Platform is, with the donor’s consent, retained (not including transaction costs). This allows us to cover essential operational expenses, provide capacity building initiatives and continue driving trust and transparency in the non-profit sector. iZinga Assist will not be accumulating any profit for itself. 

For example:  

When a donor gives £10, Gift Aid adds £2.50, bringing the total donation to £12.50. 

iZinga Assist retains £0.625 (5%) to cover platform and verification costs. 
The NPO receives £11.875, minus any standard payment processing fees. 

How can I join on the iZinga Assist Platform?

You will need a personal login account, for which you can register by following this link.

Once logged into the iZinga Assist Platform, you can then add the Donor/NPO that you are authorised to represent by following the online instructions.
